Our FAMOUS Chocolate Brownies
The easiest chocolate brownies you'll ever make. Just butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs and plain flour. Five minutes of prep and you're done. This one's a firm family favourite.
Coconut Ice
Got sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut and icing sugar sitting in the pantry? Then you've already got everything you need for this one.
Rocky Road
Got chocolate in the cupboard (dark, milk or white, doesn't matter)? Then you can make rocky road. Throw in any add ins you've got lying around, like:

- lollies, Turkish delight, honestly anything!
Chocolate Coconut Slice
A baked chocolate slice with a melt in your mouth chocolate icing, made entirely from fridge and pantry basics. Everyone who makes this one falls in love with it.
Lemon Coconut Slice
One of my all time most popular no-bake slices. Any brand or variety of plain biscuits works just fine here, so use whatever's in the pantry.
Coconut Rough Slice
This old fashioned slice is a chocoholic's delight, and there's a very good chance you've already got everything you need at home.
Healthier LCM Bars
Rice bubbles, honey, coconut oil and sprinkles. That's genuinely all that goes into this one.
Weet-Bix Slice
Always a winner with the little (and big) kids in the house. Perfect for lunch boxes, after school snacks or an easy morning tea.
Baked Lemon Slice
Got a few lemons sitting on the bench that need using up? Add a handful of pantry staples and afternoon tea is sorted.
Oat & Milo Slice
