Absolutely!
Hi,
Loving your recipes. Just wondering what I could substitute in for coconut, I’m really not a fan of it.
Thanks,
Bri
Hi Bri, you can’t really taste it very much, but if you want to leave it out, you can replace it with a little extra oats/plain flour until the texture is right. xx
Mine turned out quite crumbly after cutting into slices. Is there something I’ve done wrong or is it always like that?
Hi Nicole, it might have just been needing to be chilled for a while longer. Plus the type of knife you use to cut it makes a massive difference. For perfect cutting, I’d refrigerate overnight and then cut with a small sharp serrated knife. xx
Hubby loved it!. Used ‘whole’ oats as had some in the pantry but wasn’t sure whether they were rolled or quick oats? May grind a little in the thermo first next time. So quick and easy!
Thank you
Hi Tiffany, yes whole oats are rolled oats. So glad you and your hubby liked it!! xx
