This 5 Minute Microwave Tim Tam Fudge is the quickest and easiest fudge you'll ever make!
Fudge is one of those things that everyone loves to eat, but not everyone loves to make! And I totally get it... lots of fudge recipes involve baking thermometers, glucose syrup and all other sorts of crazy-confusing bits and pieces.
This 5 Minute Microwave Tim Tam Fudge is absolutely fool-proof. There's no mucking around with hard to find ingredients or tricky steps. Nope, you literally just melt a tin of condensed milk and some chocolate melts in the microwave, add a packet of chopped up Tim Tam biscuits and that. is. it. I know... it's crazy right!!??
My love for microwave fudge is strong! In fact, it tastes so good that there is no other way I would ever make it anymore. It's also a really versatile recipe - my Rocky Road Fudge and Milo & Tim Tam Fudge are both yummy variations of this recipe. Seriously it is mega YUM!
So there is absolutely no excuse not to make fudge anymore. All you need is a few basic ingredients, a couple of minutes... and of course, a microwave. The hardest part of making this fudge is waiting for it to set. Honestly, you'll be standing at the fridge door willing it to hurry up (or is that just me??).
Happy (easy!) fudge making! xx

I have just made this for the 2nd time in a week
Both times it has lasted less then 4hrs in my fridge after being cut up into pieces
As it was close to Christmas I topped it off with finely chopped peppermint crisp and it added another dimension to the overall flavour

Would this work with skim condensed milk? That's the only one my local shop has.
