This 5 Minute Microwave Tim Tam Fudge is the quickest and easiest fudge you'll ever make!
Fudge is one of those things that everyone loves to eat, but not everyone loves to make! And I totally get it... lots of fudge recipes involve baking thermometers, glucose syrup and all other sorts of crazy-confusing bits and pieces.
This 5 Minute Microwave Tim Tam Fudge is absolutely fool-proof. There's no mucking around with hard to find ingredients or tricky steps. Nope, you literally just melt a tin of condensed milk and some chocolate melts in the microwave, add a packet of chopped up Tim Tam biscuits and that. is. it. I know... it's crazy right!!??
My love for microwave fudge is strong! In fact, it tastes so good that there is no other way I would ever make it anymore. It's also a really versatile recipe - my Rocky Road Fudge and Milo & Tim Tam Fudge are both yummy variations of this recipe. Seriously it is mega YUM!
So there is absolutely no excuse not to make fudge anymore. All you need is a few basic ingredients, a couple of minutes... and of course, a microwave. The hardest part of making this fudge is waiting for it to set. Honestly, you'll be standing at the fridge door willing it to hurry up (or is that just me??).
Happy (easy!) fudge making! xx

Notes
- Tim Tam's - are an iconic Australian sweet chocolate biscuit coated in chocolate. If you can’t buy Tim Tams, you can use a similar substitute such as Penguin biscuits or even Oreo cookies.
- I use milk chocolate for this recipe, however you could use dark chocolate if you prefer (you can also get dark chocolate Tim Tam's these days too!)
- Chocolate 'melts' are designed for melting! Chocolate chips are not suitable in this recipe, as they are designed to hold their shape in baking - like in chocolate chip cookies!
- Use full fat (not skim) sweetened condensed milk as it sets firmer.
- Storing - this is a soft fudge and therefore needs to be stored in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve it. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
