A simple 3 ingredient Microwave Cookies & Cream Fudge recipe made from white chocolate, condensed milk and Oreo biscuits... all in less than 5 minutes!

A simple Cookies & Cream Fudge recipe made from just 3 ingredients - white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk and Oreos... all prepared in the microwave in less than 5 minutes.

Pieces of white chocolate microwave fudge made with chopped Oreos.

When it comes to dessert, I am ALL for recipes that are quick, easy and delicious.

And my cookies and cream fudge certainly ticks all of those boxes.

Just like my other microwave fudge recipes, this version takes less than 5 minutes to prepare.

Perfect for a late night treat, party food recipe or a sweet little food gift to a friend.

Try it and see for yourself why everyone loves cookies and cream fudge!

Why You're Going To Love This Recipe

Who can resist a batch of sweet and creamy homemade fudge!?

    • 5 Minute Recipe - from start to finish, this entire recipe takes less than 5 minutes! A simple treat that can be whipped up in no time at all.
    • 3 Ingredients - forget wandering the aisles of the supermarket looking for a long list of ingredients... my cookies and cream fudge is made from just 3 basic ingredients!
    • Microwave Recipe - cooking this fudge in the microwave is so easy. Alternatively you can use a Thermomix if you prefer (see methods in the recipe card below).
    • 5 Star Recipe - everyone LOVES this recipe! Best of all, it can be prepared by anyone from young kids or beginning bakers, all the way through to experienced cooks. It's completely foolproof.

    What You Need

To make my cookies and cream fudge in the microwave, you'll need just 3 ingredients.

Note: Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

The three ingredients for cookies and cream fudge.
    • White chocolate - I like to use white cooking chocolate or white chocolate melts. These melt easily when heated in the microwave. Alternatively, you can use any brand of white chocolate you like, such as Cadbury, Nestle, Lindt or Hershey's.
    • Sweetened condensed milk - sweetened condensed milk gives the fudge a beautiful sweetness and creamy texture while also helping it to set firm. You can buy tins of sweetened condensed milk from any supermarket. I recommend using full fat (not skim or light) sweetened condensed milk as it sets firmer.
    • Oreos - Oreos give the fudge the ultimate cookies and cream flavour. Once mixed and chilled, the Oreos will soften, giving the fudge a delicious, creamy texture.

    Step By Step Instructions

I just LOVE how easy it is to make fudge in the microwave.

Just 4 quick steps and a few minutes prep time is all you need!

Note: Please scroll to the recipe card at the bottom of the post for ingredient quantities and the full detailed method.

Step 1 - Chop The Oreos

Using a large, flat knife, chop the Oreos into chunks on a flat board.

    Set aside until needed.

    Step 4 - Chill

Working quickly, spoon the mixture into a prepared tin and smooth the top with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle over the reserved chopped Oreo's to decorate.

Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set before removing and cutting into slices.

    Expert Tips & FAQ

Follow my simple tips for the perfect cookies and cream fudge!

    What is sweetened condensed milk?

Sweetened condensed milk is a thick and sweet milk product where most of the water has been removed from the milk, and then sweetened. It can be stored, unopened for a very long time, and is bought in tins from the supermarket. I like to use Nestle full fat sweetened condensed milk in my baking.

    Can I substitute the Oreos?

Absolutely! You can use any cream filled chocolate biscuits or cookies you like.

Can I make this recipe on the stovetop?

Of course. Simply melt the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk over a medium heat until melted and thickened, then continue as per the recipe.

How long does homemade fudge last?

Cookies and Cream Fudge will last for 2-3 weeks.

    Storing

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

    Freezing

Freeze in an airtight container with a sheet of baking paper between each layer for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost in the fridge before consuming.
