- ... and of course, Cadbury Creme Eggs!

Add the egg, vanilla and sugar and mix together.
Step 3 - Fold
Sift the flour over the top of the mixture. Add the salt and fold through gently until just combined.
Step 4 - Decorate
Pour the mixture into a prepared baking tin. Carefully cut the Creme Eggs in half and place cut-side up into the mixture. Bake until flakey on top but still moist on the inside.
Tips For Cooking Brownies
A chocolate brownie should have a crispy flakey top, but a dense, rich and moist filling. This Cadbury creme egg brownie recipe will give you those perfect brownies... every single time!
When cooking the brownies, it's important not to overcook them. Once they've got that lovely flakey top and a skewer comes out with a few sticky crumbs on it, they're ready.
The contrast of the crunchy caramel and oozy creme eggs pairs perfectly with the rich and fudgy dark chocolate brownies. Absolutely DELICIOUS!
More Expert Tips
Choose a good quality chocolate as it is a major ingredient in this recipe. The better the chocolate, the better your brownies will be.
You will need a microwave, a stovetop or a Thermomix to melt the butter and chocolate.
All ovens are slightly different so it's important to keep an eye on your brownies so they don't overcook. The brownies are ready when a skewer inserted into the middle comes out with a smear of moist crumbs on it.
Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost in the fridge before consuming.

This just sounds so good "the inside turns melty and gooey, whilst the outside of the egg caramelises into a crunchy treat."
