    It's hands-down one of the easiest cocktails you'll ever make... because we all love super easy cocktail recipes, right!?

    This utterly devilish Boozy Chocolate Easter Cocktail is all kinds of decadent, thanks to the sweet and creamy chocolate hazelnut Nutella, Bailey's Irish Cream, vodka, and Easter eggs.

    The ingredients for an Easter cocktail, Baileys, vodka, milk, nutella and Easter eggs.

    Here’s the list:

    • Nutella - (or any chocolate hazelnut spread): This gives the cocktail its ultra-smooth, rich chocolate flavour.
    • Baileys Irish Cream (or any Irish cream) - you can use store-bought Baileys or make your own using my simple recipe. The creamy goodness of Baileys pairs perfectly with the chocolate.
    • Vodka - Any vodka will work for this recipe (you can even use vanilla vodka if you like!).
    • Milk - Full cream milk makes for a creamier, more luscious drink.
    • Mini solid chocolate eggs - Cadbury or Lindt work great – these little chocolates add a fun surprise!

    Equipment Required

    Before you start blending this delicious cocktail, make sure you have the following equipment ready:

    • Blender: Essential for mixing all the ingredients together until smooth. Alternatively, you can use a Thermomix or a regular cocktail shaker.

    Step 1 - Add Ingredients

    Combine Nutella, Baileys, vodka, and milk into your blender.

    Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Place a mini Easter egg at the bottom of each glass.

    Ingredients

    • 50 g (⅓ cup) white chocolate optional, for a chocolate rim on the glasses
    • 95 g (⅓ cup) Nutella
    • 60 g (¼ cup) Baileys Irish Cream
    • 30 g vodka 1 shot
    • 250 g (1 cup) milk
    • 2 mini solid chocolate easter eggs
    Metric - US Customary
    Prevent your screen from going dark

    Instructions

    • If you would like a white chocolate rim around the top of your serving glasses, simply melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power, for 1-2 minutes or until just melted.
    • Dip the glasses into the melted chocolate and place into the fridge for a minute or two to set.
    • Place the Nutella, Baileys, vodka and milk into a blender or Thermomix.
    • Blend on low speed until combined. If using a Thermomix, very slowly increase to Speed 3, for 20 seconds, or until just combined.
    • Place an easter egg into the bottom of 2 serving glasses.
    • Pour over the chocolate cocktail and serve.

    Notes

    RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
    Nutella- you can use Nutella or any brand of hazelnut spread
    Baileys Irish Cream  - or use any brand of Irish cream
    Milk - use full fat milk
    Mini solid chocolate eggs - I use Cadbury brand but you can use any that you like
    Equipment - This recipe can be made using a Thermomix or a blender. 
    Optional - chocolate rimmed glass: If you would like a white chocolate rim around the top of your serving glasses, simply melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power, for 1-2 minutes or until just melted. Dip the glasses into the melted chocolate and place into the fridge for a minute or two to set.
    Doubling the recipe - This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
    Make ahead option - Pour the cocktail into the serving glasses and place into the fridge to chill until required.
