Melt & Mix Microwave Fudge Recipe
This is the easiest microwave fudge recipe... with just 2 simple steps!
Step 1 - Melt chocolate and sweetened condensed milk
Step 2 - Mix through Milo and Tim Tams
Recipe Tips
- Milo is a brand of malted milk powder. You can use any brand you like.
- Tim Tams are an iconic Australian sweet chocolate biscuit coated in chocolate. If you can't buy Tim Tams, you can use a similar substitute such as Penguin biscuits or even Oreo cookies.
- I like to use milk chocolate for this recipe, however you can use dark chocolate if you prefer.
- Use full fat (not skim) sweetened condensed milk as it sets firmer.
How To Store Fudge
This is a soft fudge recipe and therefore needs to be stored in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve it. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.

Just made it and it is a hit! Made it for an indulgent treat for the kids but not sure they will get much, between myself &I my husband there might not be much left...lol! Love the idea, so easy....considering other variations, maybe mint slice version or even a peppermint crisp one...oh dear, sounds dangerous! Thank you & keep the great recipes coming.

This fudge works extremely well and is super easy. It is not cheap to make but can be cut in small portions so potentially go further! 😉 Probably needs to be served with a health warning attached! hehe
Bake Play Smile
Hahaha yes that's so true!!! And you're definitely right about only needing a teensy slice!

Hi Lucy, love the website - I am recent inductee! I made this your way first (yum) and then again using white Tim Tams, a generous pinch of salt and a 75/25 dark/milk chocolate mix, with a dollop of butter. On the stove, too! It was even better!! I think the fun variations are endless and next in my sights are the peanut butter Tim Tams :):)
Bake Play Smile
Oh that sounds like a brilliant idea (I love peanut butter!!)

Oh my goodness Lucy, this sounds divine. I hate making fudge with all the timing and candy thermometers but I am a doyenne of the microwave. And I LOVE milo.
