When it comes to quick and easy desserts, it doesn't get any better than microwave fudge! In just a couple of minutes, you could be eating this Tim Tam & Milo Fudge, Salted Caramel Fudge, Creme Egg Fudge or Baileys Fudge. Bring on the fudgy-deliciousness!

    4 Ingredient Chocolate Microwave Fudge

*Scroll down to the recipe card below for ingredient quantities and the full method

This simple chocolate fudge is made from:

    • milk chocolate (or substitute for dark chocolate)
    • sweetened condensed milk
    • Milo (or any malted milk powder)
    • Tim Tams (see recipe notes below)

Melt & Mix Microwave Fudge Recipe

This is the easiest microwave fudge recipe... with just 2 simple steps!

Step 1 - Melt chocolate and sweetened condensed milk

Step 2 - Mix through Milo and Tim Tams

Chunks of Tim Tam biscuits in chocolate fudge mixture.

Fudge in a square baking tin.

    Recipe Tips

    • Milo is a brand of malted milk powder. You can use any brand you like.
    • Tim Tams are an iconic Australian sweet chocolate biscuit coated in chocolate. If you can't buy Tim Tams, you can use a similar substitute such as Penguin biscuits or even Oreo cookies.
    • I like to use milk chocolate for this recipe, however you can use dark chocolate if you prefer.
    • Use full fat (not skim) sweetened condensed milk as it sets firmer.

    How To Store Fudge

This is a soft fudge recipe and therefore needs to be stored in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.

If you live in a cold climate then you can store them at room temperature (but if it's warm, it will go very sticky!).

What an awesome recipe! Is the half a cup of milo just the milo powder or is that in liquid form?

Do you make the milk with milk and water or is it just the milk powder you use?

Hi Georgia, I'm sorry I'm not sure exactly what you mean? Are you referring to the sweetened condensed milk? If so, you buy it in a can at the supermarket (it's very sticky and sweet).

I made these last week and they were a huge hit!! Couldn't stop eating them. Do you think i could use white tim tams and white melts and still use the milo??

You could use Horlicks with the white choc and Tim tams as it’s a white malt powder.

I just made this for a work function and it was more the well received!!!
It really is super easy. Don't think I will go back to the traditional way of making fudge.

Thank you so much for sharing 🙂
