A boozy Salted Caramel Cocktail made with salted caramel sauce, vodka, salted caramel Baileys and milk... dessert in a glass!
It's been almost an entire year since I posted my last cocktail recipe on Bake Play Smile... which means that it is WELL AND TRULY time for a new one. And I have a very, very good feeling that you're going to love this one as much as I do.
If you've been visiting here for a little while, you'll know that my love of salted caramel runs very strong.... everything from cakes to sauce, slices to desserts (click here to check out my entire salted caramel collection if you're as obsessed as me!!). If it's salted caramel related, I'm there. Which brings me to this baby....
Meet my boozy and delicious Salted Caramel Cocktail. It's rich, it's creamy and it's just like a dessert in a glass. It's actually the best thing in the entire world (of cocktails that is!!).
Oh and do you want to know the best part??? It takes less than 2 minutes to whip up... which means you'll be sipping on this gorgeous little creation in no time at all!!
Salted Caramel Cocktail
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (50g) caramel sauce see notes
- 2 shots (90ml) salted caramel Baileys
- 1 shot (45ml) vodka
- 1 cup (250g) milk
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until completely combined. TIP: If you don't have a blender, you can use a cocktail shaker instead.If using a Thermomix: mix on Speed 8 for 10 seconds.
- Drizzle extra caramel sauce into serving glasses and then pour the salted caramel cocktail over the top.Serve immediately.
Notes

- If your caramel sauce is too thick - simply place it in the microwave for a few seconds and then allow it to cool slightly.

- If you're using a salted caramel sauce - omit the extra pinch of salt.

- For an extra caramel flavour - use Salted Caramel Baileys Irish Cream.

- If you don't have a blender or Thermomix - you can use a cocktail shaker instead.

- Serve this salted caramel cocktail immediately after making.
