The ultimate Thermomix Quiche Lorraine recipe made with buttery melt-in-your-mouth pastry and a creamy bacon, egg and cheese filling!

Let your Thermomix do all the hard work for you... then enjoy your delicious homemade quiche with a simple salad and a tasty chutney on the side!

The Thermomix makes preparing a homemade Quiche Lorraine so incredibly easy! From making the pastry to sauteing the bacon and onion, grating the cheese to mixing the filling... it really does do everything for you!

This classic egg and bacon quiche with a creamy, cheesy filling is a restaurant quality meal - but homemade!

I highly recommend making your own shortcrust pastry (it's SO easy in the Thermomix and requires just 3 ingredients!) as it gives you the ultimate buttery, melt-in-your-mouth pastry.

However, if you're short on time, you can use frozen shortcrust pastry or a store-bought pastry shell instead.

Serve your Thermomix quiche lorraine with a light salad - my rocket, pear, walnut and parmesan salad is a great option... or try my roast pumpkin, baby spinach and feta salad!

Why You're Going To Love This Recipe

There's SO much to love about this classic Thermomix Quiche Lorraine!

    • Restaurant quality at home - save money by making your own homemade quiche from scratch at home! The same melt-in-your-mouth pastry and creamy filling, but without the added cost of a restaurant meal!
    • Buttery pastry - for me, the homemade pastry is what makes this quiche extra special! Once you've made your own pastry, and realise how easy it is, it's very hard to go back to store-bought again.
    • Suitable for all Thermomix models - you can make this recipe in any of the Thermomix models. If you don't have a Thermomix, you can use my conventional Quiche Lorraine recipe.
    • Versatile - keep things simple and delicious with my egg and bacon version, or mix things up and create a quiche florentine with spinach, or a zucchini quiche! It's SO easy!
    • Freezer-friendly - I like to freeze the leftovers in individual portions for an easy 'grab and reheat' lunch option.

Thermomix Quiche Lorraine is a classic and popular dish, perfect to serve for lunch or a light dinner.

    • You can use any Thermomix model to make this quiche recipe.
    • Homemade pastry is simply unbeatable in terms of taste, but if you're running short on time, you can use frozen shortcrust pastry sheets or a store-bought pastry shell.
    • If making your own pastry, blind-bake it before adding the filling. This will ensure that the pastry is buttery, flaky and completely delicious!
    • Use the REVERSE function once the egg mixture has been added to the Thermomix. This ensures that the blades mix, rather than chop!
    • Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
