If you're after a quick, healthy treat that actually tastes indulgent, this Thermomix Banana Ice Cream is about to become your new go-to. Made with just frozen bananas (yes, really!), it's creamy, naturally sweet and ready in minutes.
It's that same creamy, feel-good flavour you'll find in my healthy banana smoothie or mango pineapple smoothie - both perfect for a quick breakfast, after school snack or refreshing drink!
Or if you prefer a little more indulgent dessert, the Thermomix is also perfect for creating rich, creamy treats like Biscoff ice cream or a decadent black forest ice cream.

This Thermomix Banana Ice Cream is what I call a "mum win" - minimal effort, no added sugar, and the kids think it's a soft-serve dessert (which it totally is… just a healthier version!).
It's the perfect way to use up ripe bananas too, just like in my banana muffins or café style banana bread - but with a fun frozen twist. And because it's so versatile, you can easily customise it with flavours like chocolate, berries or nuts!
Hello, thanks so much for the banana ice cream recipe. With just one ingredient, I didnt really believe you, sorry! So I froze the bananas, followed your instructions and wow! This is crazy, the best banana ice cream I've ever tasted. Thankyou very much!!
