Ingredients

  • 55 g Midori liqueur
  • 30 g Malibu white rum
  • 110 g pineapple juice
  • 25 g lime juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 60 g coconut cream
  • pineapple, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (except for the coconut cream) into a blender or Thermomix. 

  2. Mix on high until the ice is completely crushed (if using a Thermomix, mix on Speed 10, 20 seconds). 

  3. Add the coconut cream and mix on low until combined (if using a Thermomix, mix on Speed 4, 10 seconds). 

  4. Pour unto a tall plass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
