    If you're after a refreshing summer cocktail, then look no further than this baby! Our Tropical Midori Cocktail is perfect for some poolside sipping. It's fresh, creamy and oh-so-delicious!

    The combination of the creamy coconut combined with sweet pineapple makes this the perfect cocktail. And if you're after more than just 1 drink, simply increase the ingredients and continue as per the recipe.

    Ingredients

    • 55 g Midori liqueur
    • 30 g Malibu white rum
    • 110 g pineapple juice
    • 25 g lime juice
    • ½ cup ice
    • 60 g coconut cream
    • pineapple, to garnish

    Instructions

    • Place all ingredients (except for the coconut cream) into a blender or Thermomix. 
    • Mix on high until the ice is completely crushed (if using a Thermomix, mix on Speed 10, 20 seconds). 
    • Add the coconut cream and mix on low until combined (if using a Thermomix, mix on Speed 4, 10 seconds). 
    • Pour unto a tall plass and garnish with a slice of pineapple.
