Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until completely combined. TIP: If you don't have a blender, you can use a cocktail shaker instead.If using a Thermomix: mix on Speed 8 for 10 seconds.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce into serving glasses and then pour the salted caramel cocktail over the top.Serve immediately.

RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
If your caramel sauce is too thick - simply place it in the microwave for a few seconds and then allow it to cool slightly.
If you're using a salted caramel sauce - omit the extra pinch of salt.
For an extra caramel flavour - use Salted Caramel Baileys Irish Cream.
If you don't have a blender or Thermomix - you can use a cocktail shaker instead.
