- ¼ cup (50g) caramel sauce see notes
- 2 shots (90ml) salted caramel Baileys
- 1 shot (45ml) vodka
- 1 cup (250g) milk
- pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on high speed for 10-15 seconds or until completely combined. TIP: If you don't have a blender, you can use a cocktail shaker instead.If using a Thermomix: mix on Speed 8 for 10 seconds. Drizzle extra caramel sauce into serving glasses and then pour the salted caramel cocktail over the top.Serve immediately.
RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
- If your caramel sauce is too thick - simply place it in the microwave for a few seconds and then allow it to cool slightly.
- If you're using a salted caramel sauce - omit the extra pinch of salt.
- For an extra caramel flavour - use Salted Caramel Baileys Irish Cream.
- If you don't have a blender or Thermomix - you can use a cocktail shaker instead.
- Serve this salted caramel cocktail immediately after making.
