A classic Japanese Slipper cocktail made with equal parts Midori, Cointreau and lemon juice, shaken with ice and served with a Maraschino cherry!

Ingredients

Midori liqueur

ml (90g)
Cointreau liqueur
90
ml (90g)
lemon juice
ice cubes
for shaking

to serve
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
If using a Thermomix:
Add 150g ice cubes to the Thermomix bowl.
Pour the Midori, Cointreau and lemon juice onto the ice.
Shake for 45 seconds or until the cocktail shaker is very cold.
If using a Thermomix:
Mix for 30 seconds, Speed 4.
Place a maraschino cherry into the base of 2 martini glasses.
Pour the cocktail into the glasses and serve immediately.
