Instructions
Place the lamingtons onto a flat board or bench.
Press the Jaffas gently into the centre of the lamington fingers. If using Smarties or M&M's, use a little melted chocolate to hold them in place. TIP: Don't press down too hard or the lamington fingers may break.
Place a small amount of white chocolate onto the lamington fingers and 'stick' the eyes on.
Press the pretzels into the top of the lamingtons to look like antlers.

RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
If using Smarties or M&M's instead of Jaffas, use a little melted chocolate to hold them in place.
The Christmas Lamington Reindeers can be made a week ahead of time but note that the pretzels will soften over time. TIP: Add the antlers closer to when they are required.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Christmas Lamington Reindeers are not suitable for freezing.
