If you would like a white chocolate rim around the top of your serving glasses, simply melt the white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power, for 1-2 minutes or until just melted.
Dip the glasses into the melted chocolate and place into the fridge for a minute or two to set.
Place the Nutella, Baileys, vodka and milk into a blender or Thermomix.
Blend on low speed until combined. If using a Thermomix, very slowly increase to Speed 3, for 20 seconds, or until just combined.
Place an easter egg into the bottom of 2 serving glasses.
Pour over the chocolate cocktail and serve.

RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Use full-cream milk for the creamiest, richest cocktail texture.
Don’t over-blend: mix only until combined to keep the cocktail smooth.
Chill your glasses beforehand for an extra refreshing drink.
Chocolate rim tip (optional): hold glasses upside down to let excess melted chocolate drip off before placing glasses in the fridge so the rim sets neatly
Adjust the sweetness by adding extra milk if you prefer a lighter cocktail.
Double or triple the recipe easily for Easter parties.
Make ahead option: Blend the cocktail and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours, then give it a quick stir before pouring into glasses and serving.
Freezing: unsuitable to freeze as dairy and alcohol can separate when frozen.
