These easy individual Microwave Chocolate Brownies are ready within minutes and filled with a delicious rich and irresistible chocolate brownie batter! Serve with cream or ice-cream for a simple last minute dessert.
Sift the plain, cocoa powder and brown sugar into a bowl.
Add the melted butter and milk. Mix together.
Divide the mixture between three microwave-safe ramekins.
Place them one at a time into the microwave.
Cook for 1 minute on 70% power (800 watts), checking after each 30 second burst.
Take out of the microwave and top with cream or a scoop of ice-cream.
Repeat with the remaining two ramekins.
