- 165 g white chocolate Tim Tam biscuits
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk (see notes)
- desiccated coconut, to roll in
Place the white chocolate Tim Tam biscuits and the sweetened condensed milk into a blender and mix until combined. If using a Thermomix, press Turbo for 5-10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and place into the fridge to firm up (approx 30 minutes).
Roll into balls and coat with the desiccated coconut.
Keep refrigerated until needed.
If your mixture is too dry and crumbly, add a tiny bit of extra sweetened condensed milk and mix again.
The mixture will need to be refrigerated before rolling into balls in order to allow it to firm up.
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
