RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Ingredients Info
  • Chocolate - I like to use milk chocolate in this recipe. However, if you'd like a less sweet option, then use dark chocolate instead. The better the quality of chocolate, the better your fudge will be (I like to use Cadbury, Nestle, Hersheys or Lindt).
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk - choose full fat sweetened condensed milk as it sets firmer than the skim or light versions.
  • Cadbury Creme Eggs - use the mini Creme Eggs that can be purchased in a packet from the supermarket. Do not use the large individual Creme Eggs as they are far too big for this recipe.
More Tips
  • Substitute the Creme Eggs with any of your favourite mini filled Easter eggs. Some of my favourite variations include caramel filled eggs and Turkish Delight filled eggs.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost in the fridge before consuming.
