RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Use a good quality limoncello
- it is the star of the cocktail, so it is worth buying a good quality limoncello or
making your own
.
Make the spritz just before serving
- otherwise it can lose its fizz.
This spritz recipe is best made with
fridge-cold ingredients
and served with
ice cubes
.
Serving ideas -
olives, salted peanuts or pistachios, or pretzels.
