A classic Hugo Spritz made with elderflower liqueur (St-Germain), Prosecco and soda water garnished with mint and lime.

- 2 wine glasses
Ingredients
- 120 ml elderflower liqueur like St Germain
- 180 ml Prosecco chilled
- 60 ml soda water chilled
- mint and lime to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the elderflower liqueur, Prosecco and soda water into the wine glasses. Stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
- To double / triple the recipe - to make more cocktails could not be easier, just use this ratio: 3 parts prosecco, 2 parts elderflower liqueur and 1 part soda water.
- Use chilled prosecco and chilled soda water for the most refreshing drink.
- Add ice cubes to the glass to keep the cocktail cool (optional).
