RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
- Fresh herbs - use a combination of both fresh dill and mint or choose one.
- Greek yoghurt - choose a thick plain Greek yoghurt.
- Strain the excess liquid - it's important to strain the excess liquid from the cucumber once chopped. I place it onto paper towel and squeeze out the liquid.
- Non-Thermomix Method - if you don't have a Thermomix machine, you can chop the cucumber, garlic and herbs with a knife and mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Storage - store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days
- Freezing - this recipe is not suitable for freezing.
