Place the cheese (cut into cubes) into the Thermomix bowl and mix until finely grated. Set aside.

Place the halved onion and roughly chopped zucchini into the Thermomix bowl. Mix until grated and no large chunks remain.

Add the bacon and all of the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 20cm x 30cm rectangular baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through when tested with a skewer

Serve

Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
