Bake Play Smile
Place the peeled and chopped potatoes into the Thermomix bowl. Add the milk to the bowl. Cook for 25 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1.
Add the butter, salt and pepper. Mix for 5 seconds, Speed 3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 5 seconds, Speed 3. Don't overmix otherwise they'll be gluey!!
