Blind bake the pastry
if you're using your own homemade shortcrust, or defrosted shortcrust pastry sheets.

into the Thermomix and mix until finely grated. Set aside.

roughly cut bacon
and the
half onion
in the Thermomix. Add the
olive oil
and saute until softened.

to the bowl. Mix together on

until combined.
