- Mixed Dried Fruit
- Iced Coffee
- Self-Rising Flour

Mix the
dried fruit & iced coffee in a large bowl or container, then place in the fridge overnight

After soaking, mix in the self rising flour, then pour into a baking tin.

Bake in the oven at 175ºC/350ºF for about an hour until the cake is firm.
