Bake Play Smile
Cream together the butter and sugar, then beat in egg yolks one at a time. Next fold in the flour, lemon juice, and milk.
Beat egg whites until peaks form then fold into the mixture until combined.
Gently pour the mixture into the prepared casserole or baking dish and place into a water bath in the oven to bake.
Just prior to serving, dust this pudding lightly with icing sugar and serve immediately.
