RECIPE NOTES & TIPS
Tim Tams are a chocolate coated biscuit made by Arnott’s. They are similar to Penguin biscuits in the UK.
Milo (or any malted milk powder), cocoa powder or coconut  can be used to roll the balls in.
If your mixture is too dry and crumbly, add a tiny bit of extra sweetened condensed milk and mix again.
The mixture will need to be refrigerated for 30 minutes before rolling into balls in order to allow it to firm up.
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
Store Tim Tam Balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
