Ingredients

  • 90 g butter
  • 80 g (1/3 cup) caster sugar
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 100 g (4 cups) cornflakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius (fan-forced). Line 2 X 12 hole muffin tins with liners and set aside. 
  • Place the butter, sugar and honey into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on 50% power for 3-4 minutes (stirring every 30 seconds) or until melted. 
  • Stir through the cornflakes. 
  • Divide the mixture between the liners and place into the oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin. 
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
