- 90 g butter
- 80 g (1/3 cup) caster sugar
- 1 tbs honey
- 100 g (4 cups) cornflakes
Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius (fan-forced). Line 2 X 12 hole muffin tins with liners and set aside.
Place the butter, sugar and honey into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt on 50% power for 3-4 minutes (stirring every 30 seconds) or until melted.
Stir through the cornflakes.
Divide the mixture between the liners and place into the oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from the muffin tin.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
