Use a good quality white chocolate (I used Cadbury Dream for this recipe).
Adding coconut oil to the white chocolate will help to assist with melting and also cutting into slices (this is optional though).
Use sharp scissors to cut your marshmallows in half (much easier!).
Choose an original Turkish Delight that is not covered in chocolate for this recipe (you want the one that's dusted in icing sugar). Most major supermarkets sell this type of Turkish Delight.
