- 10 Weet-Bix
- 25 g (¼ cup) Milo (malted milk powder) or cocoa powder
- 100 g (1 cup) desiccated coconut
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- extra coconut and sprinkles (100s and 1000s), for rolling
RECIPE NOTES & TIPS:
- If you have a Thermomix or a food processor, this will make it super quick to crush the biscuits, but if not, then a rolling pin will do.
- This mixture will make approximately 30 balls (depending on the size). I like to use heaped teaspoonfuls for a nice sized snack.
- Milo Weet-Bix Balls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperarure for up to one week - that's if they don't get eaten first!
- You can freeze Weet-Bix balls in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Perfect for a 'grab and go' snack that will be thawed by lunchtime.
