- 300 ml thickened cream (for whipping)
- ½ cup Nutella
- raspberries and Ferrero Rochers to decorate (optional)
Conventional Method
Beat thickened cream until soft peaks have formed.
Add the Nutella and fold through with a spatula.
Divide into the serving bowls.
Top with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate and fresh raspberries.
Chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Thermomix Method
Place the thickened cream into the Thermomix bowl. Insert the butterfly and mix on Speed 3.5 until soft peaks form.
Add the Nutella and fold through with a spatula.
Divide into the serving bowls.
Top with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate and fresh raspberries.
Chill in the fridge for 4-6 hours or overnight.
