Roughly chop the Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos and set aside.
Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for 2-3 minutes (stirring with a metal spoon every 30 seconds until just melted). *Please note that you could also melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.
Pour the white chocolate onto the baking paper and spread out using a spoon (it doesn't matter if the edges aren't even).
Place the chopped Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos over the top of the white chocolate.
Place the tray into the fridge to set completely
Using a large, sharp knife, cut the chocolate bark into pieces.
Thermomix Method
Roughly chop the Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos and set aside.
Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
Place the white chocolate into the Thermomix bowl and melt for 3 minutes, 50 degrees, Speed 2.
Pour the white chocolate onto the baking paper and spread out using a spoon (it doesn't matter if the edges aren't even).
Place the chopped Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos over the top of the white chocolate.
Place the tray into the fridge to set completely.
Using a large, sharp knife, cut the chocolate bark into pieces.
Notes
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days (the Oreos will soften slightly over this time).
