Loaded M&M, Malteser & Oreo Easter Bunny Bark

Loaded Easter Bunny Bark made with Malteser bunnies, M&Ms, Oreos and Malteser eggs... amazing!!

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 350 g white chocolate
  • 3 Malteser bunnies chopped
  • 8 Malteser mini solid eggs chopped
  • 1 cup M&M Crispy Speckled Eggs chopped
  • 50 g mini Oreo's chopped

Instructions

Conventional Method

  • Roughly chop the Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos and set aside.
  • Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave on 50% power for 2-3 minutes (stirring with a metal spoon every 30 seconds until just melted). *Please note that you could also melt the chocolate using a double boiler on the stovetop.
  • Pour the white chocolate onto the baking paper and spread out using a spoon (it doesn't matter if the edges aren't even).
  • Place the chopped Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos over the top of the white chocolate.
  • Place the tray into the fridge to set completely
  • Using a large, sharp knife, cut the chocolate bark into pieces.

Thermomix Method

  • Roughly chop the Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos and set aside.
  • Line a flat baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place the white chocolate into the Thermomix bowl and melt for 3 minutes, 50 degrees, Speed 2. 
  • Pour the white chocolate onto the baking paper and spread out using a spoon (it doesn't matter if the edges aren't even).
  • Place the chopped Malteser bunnies, solid eggs, Speckled Eggs and Oreos over the top of the white chocolate.
  • Place the tray into the fridge to set completely.
  • Using a large, sharp knife, cut the chocolate bark into pieces.

Notes

Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days (the Oreos will soften slightly over this time).
