- 400 g milk chocolate dark or white chocolate can also be used
- 30 g coconut oil
- 115 g (1 cup) salted peanuts
- 50 g mini marshmallows
- 110 g Turkish Delight bars chopped roughly
- 50 g tube mini M&Ms
- ¼ cup sprinkles to decorate
Conventional Method
Grease and line a 20X20cm square baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals on 50% power, stirring each time until just melted.
Add the salted peanuts, mini marshmallows, Turkish Delight bars and mini M&Ms and stir until completely covered.
Spoon into prepared tray and decorate with sprinkles (100s and 1000s).
Place into the fridge for 2-3 hours or until completely set.
Cut into slices.
Thermomix Method
Grease and line a 20X20cm square baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
Grate the chocolate on Speed 8 for 10 seconds.
Add the coconut oil and melt on 50 degrees, Speed 3 for 4 minutes (scraping down the sides occasionally).
Chop the Turkish Delight bars into large chunks using a knife.
Add the peanuts, marshmallows, Turkish Delight chunks and mini M&Ms to the bowl. Mix on Reverse Speed 1 for 20 seconds (using the spatula to help mix the ingredients together).
Spoon into prepared tray and decorate with sprinkles (100s and 1000s).
Place into the fridge for 2-3 hours or until completely set.
Cut into slices.
