For this recipe you'll need: onion, potatoes, carrots, lamb mince, peas, corn, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, vegetable stock powder, corn flour, puff pastry, an egg.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan or pot over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables & minced meat and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sauces, stock powder and cornflour (mixed with water) and cook until the sauce has started to thicken.
Cut 2 large circles out of each pastry sheet, and place a scoop of the mixture on one side of each circle. Brush the edge with beaten egg, and fold over to seal, using a fork to create a crinkled edge. Brush the pastry with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees celsius or until golden brown and cooked through.
