TOBLERONE MOUSSE

– Toblerone chocolate – Egg whites – Thickened cream – Cadbury Flake bar

Step 1

Melt the Toblerone chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl on 50% power in 30 second bursts until just melted. Set aside.

Step 2

Beat the egg whites until firm peaks have formed. Set aside.

Step 3

Whip the cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites through the whipped cream.

Step 4

Very gently fold the melted Toblerone chocolate through with a rubber spatula. Don’t over-mix the ingredients.

Step 5

Spoon into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate until set (at least 4 hours). Decorate with crumbled Cadbury Flake bar.
