This no-bake Lemon Coconut Slice recipe is just perfect! A beautiful tangy base made with sweetened condensed milk & crushed biscuits, topped with a creamy lemon frosting. There's a reason this is one of our most popular recipes!


- Butter - Sweetened Condensed Milk - Sweet Biscuits - Coconut - Lemon Juice & Zest - Icing Sugar

Use a food processor, a rolling pin, or your Thermomix to crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.

Mix through the coconut and lemon zest until combined.

Stir through the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.

Use the back of a spoon to spread evenly & press the mixture firmly into the tin. Refrigerate.

Whisk together the room temperature butter, icing sugar & lemon juice until smooth & creamy.

Spread icing over the dough, top with extra coconut, and refrigerate until cool!
