– Arnott's Mint Slice cookies  – Cream cheese softened – Milk chocolate – Coconut oil – Red M&Ms – Spearmint leaf lollies

Crush the Mint Slice biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until combined.

Instructions

Roll the mixture into heaped teaspoon-sized balls and place onto a baking paper lined tray. Chill. Dip the cheesecake balls into melted chocolate.

Decorate with red M&Ms and spearmint leaves then place back into the fridge to set.
