Almond & Chocolate Chip Anzac Biscuits

– Rolled oats – Raw sugar – Flour – Golden syrup – Boiling water – Bi-carb soda – Butter – Chocolate Chips – Flaked almonds

Make the Batter

Combine oats, flour, and sugar. In a separate bowl, add the golden syrup, boiling water and bi-carb soda and mix together. Mix the melted butter into the frothing mixture and then pour into the oats bowl and combine. Fold in chocolate and almonds.

Bake!

Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 degrees celcius or until golden. Allow to cool on the trays for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
