Fabulous Foodie Fridays #61

Hi guys, I hope you’ve had a great week! I haven’t had a chance to be in the kitchen as much as I would have liked over the past few days, so I’m planning a big baking session over the weekend. I’m thinking chocolate self-saucing pudding and chocolate chip cookies (oops… both are chocolatey – of course!!). Anyway, enjoy these yummy recipes and have a fabulous weekend!

How brilliant is Kim from Land of Zonkt. She filled yo-yos with Nutella. Pure genius!

Speaking of fabulous little recipes, Thoroughly Nourished Life put two of my favourite things together in her passionfruit curd cupcakes with white chocolate frosting. Absolutely delicious!

And how amazing does this vanilla layer cake from Domestic Gothess look. It’s quite possibly the prettiest thing I’ve seen all week (plus everyone needs a good vanilla cake recipe!).

The sun has been out this week (but it’s still freezing!). So VegeTARAian’s French Onion Soup is here at just the right time. Give me some crusty bread on the side and I’ll be set!

Finally, I loved this recipe for Cinnamon, Banana and Chocolate Chunk Muffins from Rosehips and Rhubarb. I always have these ingredients at home, plus they’re really budget-friendly!

Pop over the check out the lovely Lauren’s top picks too.

Well that’s it from me – I say toodles to the boring old weekdays and hello to the fabulous weekend!! xxx
