Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups

– Wonton wrappers – Shredded chicken – Buffalo sauce – Cream cheese  – Sour cream – Cheese cheddar – Blue cheese  – Spring onions

Place the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the grated cheese, crumbled blue cheese and half of the spring onions into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.

Spray the holes of a regular-sized muffin tin with cooking spray. Gently press one wonton wrapper into each of the holes. Bake wrappers for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Divide the chicken filling between the par cooked wonton wrappers. Top with the remaining grated cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is hot in the centre and the cheese has melted.

Serve immediately with extra spring onions and hot sauce or buffalo sauce.
