Place all of the ingredients into a blender or Thermomix. Mix on high speed until smooth and creamy (approximately 1 minute). If using a Thermomix: Mix on Speed 8, 1 minute.

Instructions

Pour the cocktail into 2 serving glasses and then decorate the rim of each glass with a fresh strawberry.
