Make the Base

Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, egg , vanilla and peppermint extracts in a bowl. Add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined. GET THE RECIPE

Mix the icing sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl. Add the butter and boiling water and mix until combined. Spread the icing over the base and then chill. GET THE RECIPE
