Raspberry Muffins

These delicious muffins have the perfect combination of white chocolate chunks and bursts of raspberries throughout. Made from basic ingredients & ready to eat in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients

- Raspberries - Egg - Veg. Oil         - Milk - Sugar            - Flour - White Chocolate 

Mix together flour and sugar and make a well in the center of the bowl. 

In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, oil, and milk.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and gently fold together without overmixing.

Add raspberries and white chocolate to the bowl and combine. 

Add batter to a lined muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes at about 375ºF/180ºC until golden. 

Allow to cool, then enjoy!
